He had a makeshift lab down in the basement of his home in Longview, Texas. A friend and groomer had asked if he could develop a flea and tick pet shampoo superior to what was on the market. Claus took the request seriously, and the rest is history!

This is the only store I shop at for my dog’s needs. Everyone is really kind and helpful, and the products are all high quality with a good variety. Also, the dog baths they have to use are way nicer than washing her at home in my shower!
