Support Our Locally Owned Pet Store with Your Order of Dog Containment for Dogs
When you are thinking about taking a trip with your pet, you need to make sure that you can get your dog from place to place safely. This could include anything from a drive in the car to a ride on the plane. With this in mind, a travel kennel is a terrific option for keeping your dog safe during any form of travel. At the same time, you need to select a travel crate choice that has an ample amount of space and air flow. There are a few options that you can decide on to make sure your pup is comfortable during the course of the trip.
Plastic Portable Dog Carriers:
One of the most well-known choices is a plastic, portable dog carrier. This is a good option for dogs that are small to medium-sized. These are usually made of thick plastic. They have a carrying handle on top along with a front-facing, turning door. This is helpful for dogs who are on the go with their human partners on a consistent basis. Because these crates are both portable and strong, they are excellent for cars and planes.
A Collapsable Wire Dog Crate
In the eyes of many, this is the standard-bearer for dog kennels. Most wire crates are able to fold, making them very easy to move around from the house to the car. They come in all dimensions, making it possible for you to customize the size of the crate to satisfy the needs of your dog. They are also easy to clean. Adding a cushion or a comforter will make them even more cozy.
A Dog Crate with Soft Sides
It is necessary to note that this choice isn't good for every dog. They are made from nylon or canvas, meaning that your pup might end up damaging them if they like to scratch or chew. This also isn't ideal for dogs that aren't trained to use crates. On the other hand, dogs that are crate trained usually find them more relaxing and cozy than the alternatives.
These are a few of the most popular options when it comes to travel crates for your pup. At Pets Choice in Merrimack, NH, we are proud to provide numerous selections when it comes to dog crates. We have been customers pretty much since the store opened. It was a small food and pet essentials place but grew into a larger store that offers grooming, self grooming station. The store got bigger but Theresa and Joe are still the same wonderful people.they always were. The staff is so friendly and professional and greet every customer like a friend. We brought our new 12 week old cream retreivers and he was so welcomed in the store. He gave cuddles to everyone. I give them 5 stars but wish i could give them ten.
Great store.....friendly staff......fair prices......great variety......and the BEST groomer, Hannah........what more can one expect?
Teresa's advice saved our pugs from the relentless allergies, by advising us to try a new diet. Can I say WOW What a difference in our pugs. They are no longer experiencing any allergies.
Thank you so much Teresa,
My Kitty is going through cancer treatment and stopped eating. The staff was so incredibly kind and helped me find some options to try when I felt like I had none left. My kitty ate a couple of the suggestions right up and I cannot thank them enough or shout loud enough how caring and compassionate the staff was helping me find a solution.
